As part of the thin silicon-based power electronics industry,
CREA – Collaudi Elettronici Automatizzati Srl obtained a contribution of
€ 506,000.00 for the WATT4FRED project (code 351-57) “Wafer Annealing and Testing of Thinning technology for FRED Pt Diode evolution” with which it will continue to consolidate its position in wafers testing technology and improve its development.
The grant was financed through the Operational Programme European Regional Development Fund Piedmont 2014 – 2020. Axis I – Research, Technological Development and Innovation. Actions I.1b.2.2 and I.8ii.2.3.1 Technological Supply Chain Platforms – Pi.Te.F.
