I started working for CREA in September 2014, right after graduating as an electrical industry technician. I joined the company as a worker in the fixtures production department. After a few years, my commitment and dedication caught the attention of my superiors and at the age of 24, I was promoted to electronics designer and fixtures design manager. I am grateful to be part of a company that values young people and believes in their potential. My experience is tangible evidence of how this attitude is reflected in the way the company offers opportunities for growth and responsibility to its young talent.
